TimberTech DrySpace Under-Deck Drainage System

TimberTech’s DrySpace system turns wasted under-deck areas into usable outdoor living space by channeling water away from the deck structure. The system consists of V-panels, F-brackets, and combo brackets that work together to create a watertight ceiling beneath existing decks.

The interlocking V-panels form continuous water channels that direct rain and snowmelt to the deck perimeter. F-brackets secure the panels between joists while combo brackets handle both panel attachment and downspout connections. This design keeps the space below completely dry while protecting deck framing from moisture damage.

TimberTech recommends Cortex Hidden Fasteners - 2.5” for wood substrates and 2” for block or masonry applications. For coastal installations, use 316 stainless steel fasteners to resist corrosion, with minimum 2 fasteners per furring strip and 3 fasteners at board ends for wide boards.

Can TimberTech PVC cladding be bent for curved installations?

Yes, TimberTech PVC boards can be heat-bent to create curved architectural facades. This feature allows contractors to form custom radius applications without compromising the board’s structural integrity or warranty coverage.
